A record of results.

Authored and published a business plan and financial projections that facilitated the sale of a regional distributor to a major national distributor for $20 million.

Conceived, planned, and executed a six-month strategic initiative involving over 1,000 personnel from multiple companies, generating $3.8M in instrument sales and over $7M in annualized reagent revenue.

Co-authored PSS's Five-Year Strategic Plan with CMO John Sasen and senior staff — the foundational commercial document for one of the industry's largest medical distributors.

Achieved and sustained the #1 ranking among all distribution regions nationally throughout the full tenure.

Led the region from a national ranking of #19 to #1 of 20 regions. One of the most significant regional turnarounds in the company's diagnostic sales division.

Finished in the top 5% of over 200 sales representatives for two consecutive years. Runner-up instrument specialist two consecutive years, winning Presidents Club both times.

How I operate.

A great employee needs to be counted on 100% of the time. Strong reputation for finishing assigned tasks on or ahead of time, meeting or exceeding prescribed requirements.

Not confined to an eight-hour-per-day mentality. Investing the time required to get the job done right. Sixty-hour weeks are not uncommon.

Forward movement in any team endeavor is highly communication dependent. Response within minutes — even after hours and over weekends.

Ownership. Take the heat; pass the praise. No excuses, no deflection — the outcome is mine to own.

Natural inclination to seek as much thought and input as time allows. When the decision is mine to make, I make it and commit fully.

Dauntless, unyielding, untiring. Go through it, over it, under it, or around it — but get past it. I keep going until I find a path forward.
